slippers?

i'm contemplating shoes, but am having difficulty finding ideas that aren't giant platforms which i think must have been rather impractical for wearing ALL the time.  in any case here i'm saving some links just in case I need them.  (i mean, i already mocked up a cute little skipper and everything.  sigh)
